New Zealand Premium Lamb Bone In Lamb Leg is absolutely amazing no matter how you cook it. This simple roast does the meat proud. Lay a pinch of rosemary and 1 small garlic clove on the bottom of the roasting pan, rub the lamb with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the rosemary and garlic on top of the lamb then roast away, and set the oven at around 235℃.
