Alaska Ocean Catch Greenland Halibut from Canada offers a snow-white texture, moist and tender meat. It provides a mild and creamy flavour with hints of sweetness.  It is a fatty fish and thus has a fat content of around 15%, providing a similar level of Omega-3 as salmon.

Ocean catch is 100% natural, no hormones or antibiotics. 

Please take note that these fish fillets are supposed to be boneless but from time to time there may be small bones that were missed so take care in checking for bones during preparation, cooking or consumption.
