Pork has traditionally had a friend in the apple, so the pork and apple sausage shouldn’t come as any surprise. Indeed, apple sauce as many of you know is often a staple of any dinner containing roast pork. The combination of apples with pork sausages has been a benefit for barbecuers for many years.

Produced in the heart of Yorkshire using prime cuts of British pork for great traditional flavour.   One of the characteristics of our sausages is they are made using natural sausage casing.  These sausages are a perfect addition to a casserole or pasta but can simply be enjoyed on their own.

Our butchers cut to order as accurately as possible but there may be a +/-10% variance.  Our products are snap-frozen to maintain their texture and flavour and for ease of transport across Hong Kong.

When Butchering from the Primal Cut the individual steaks may vary in size and thickness to meet the weight specification.
