Our naturally farmed Premium Quality New Zealand Lamb Rack is a more superior lamb and extremely tender and juicy.  Aussie Meat Lamb Rack is 100% grass fed and free of antibiotics and growth hormones for all to enjoy.  

The Lamb Rack is prepared from the side of the lamb by removing the forequarter using a straight vertical cut along the rib bone and a horizontal cut along the top of the flap.  It contains rib bones, backbone and thick, meaty rib eye muscle.  

We recommend for the best quality to cook it in a chilled state and eat immediately otherwise freeze it. 

It is sold as a whole slab.
