New Zealand Premium Lamb Wellington Bone-in is amazing no matter how you cook it. This simple roast does the meat proud. Lay a pinch of rosemary and 1 small garlic cloves on the bottom of roasting pan, rub the lamb with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put the rest of the rosemary and garlic on top of the lamb then roast away, set oven at around 235C.
We recommend for the best quality to cook it in a chilled state and eat immediately otherwise freeze it.
On a few occasions we will freeze our NZ lamb to maintain freshness. You will receive your lamb frozen not thawed.
