Baby back ribs (a.k.a. loin ribs, back ribs, or Canadian back ribs) are taken from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle. These ribs are a fair bit smaller in size, but have more meat than spare ribs. Spare Ribs are taken from the belly and are less meaty than baby back ribs.
Baby Pork Ribs are absolutely delicious smoked, BBQ or Braised. Try adding a touch of chilly powder, brown sugar, salt, black pepper to spice your ribs... slow cook or smoked for a 2-3 hours, your Baby Back Ribs will be deliciously juicy and tender, fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.
