Kookaburra Cabernet Merlot 2021
A warm vintage allowed the fruit characteristics to flow through the berries which were picked in the cool of the evening and then placed in stainless steel tanks for 7 days before a portion was placed into French oak barrels for 6 months.
A velvety rich Cabernet Merlot with delicious plum and berry flavours that is accentuated by a soft and pleasing oak aroma.
Kookaburra Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon with ripe red berries stimulates the palate and invigorates the senses. A portion of this wine was fermented in American oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks.
A mild spring and good growth of the canopy protected the fruit from the hot summer this season, producing rich fruit this vintage. Harvested in early February when the Baume was 13.5 fermented in stainless steel tanks before a portion was barrel aged in French Oak.
Jumpin' Jack Shiraz 2022
A well-balanced blend of ripe berry, plum and spicy fruit flavours with subtle silky tannins.
Enjoyed with slow-cooked lamb shanks over a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
Jumpin' Jack Semillon Sauvignon Blanc 2022
This wine is fresh and zesty with splashes of tropical fruit flavours, lemons and limes. Enjoy with linguine topped with goat's cheese, baby spinach and toasted pine nuts.
Kookaburra Chardonnay 2021
A deliciously fresh chardonnay with crisp fruit flavours accentuated with a pep of buttery oak. For the ultimate chardonnay experience, serve chilled with roast chicken or pork chops straight off the bbq.
Early spring rains set up growth for an excellent canopy giving the fruit good protection over the warm dry summer. Harvested in late January when the Baume was 12.2 fermented in stainless steel tanks before a portion was aged in American Oak for up to 6 months.
Kookaburra Pinot Grigio 2021
Sophisticated and uplifting the multi-award winning Pinot Grigio is a lively fusion of lime, pear and green apple, with a delightfully clean crisp finish.
