當香港天文台發出黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上颱風信號時，請注意以下事項：
由於惡劣的天氣情況，我們的冷鏈派送夥伴-順豐冷運服務將暫停，直至信號取消或更換弱颱風信號。根據當天的這些天氣情況，當天氣情況和天氣信號發生變化時，客戶將通過 WhatsApp 收到通知，通知新的安排。
當黑色暴雨警告信號或八號或以上颱風信號除下或取消時：
如信號於中午12:00或之前除下或取消，我們的送貨服務會在信號取消後2小時內恢復。但是，某些服務可能會延遲。客戶將通過 WhatsApp 收到有關新送貨安排的通知。
如信號於下午 2:00 後除下或取消，我們的送貨服務將繼續暫停，並於下一個工作天恢復。客戶將通過 WhatsApp 收到有關新送貨安排的通知。
