海洋撈捕澳洲鯊魚無骨去皮魚柳

鯊魚肉香甜可口,因其無骨和肉厚而廣受歡迎。由於它們沒有骨頭,因此常被用來做炸魚柳,但亦可用於燒烤、水煮、燉煮和烘烤。先用油脂和檸檬醃漬,使魚肉變嫩。去掉魚皮可防止魚皮縮小並撕裂魚肉。由於鯊魚沒有骨頭,因此非常適合兒童食用,而且可以用來製作美味的魚柳。
