如何準備醬牛腩?
材料:
1茶匙鹽
2磅牛腩片
2湯匙淡醬油
3杯水
1茶匙糖
1顆大蒜
1湯匙五香粉
2湯匙蜂蜜
3根肉桂棒
1湯匙芫荽籽
1茶匙整顆黑胡椒
5顆八角
1顆洋蔥
製作說明:
在大鍋中加入水,放入五香粉、醬油、鹽、黑胡椒、肉桂棒和芫荽籽。將水煮沸。
水煮沸後,加入牛腩,煮30分鐘。
將洋蔥切碎,加入鍋中。將大蒜整顆放入鍋中。降低火力,小火煮1小時30分鐘。
當大部分水分蒸發,鍋中剩下濃稠的醬汁時,這是最重要的步驟,確保煮掉大部分液體。
加入糖和蜂蜜,攪拌均勻。
以小火再煮10分鐘。
將牛肉和醬汁與米飯一同享用。
