如何準備醬牛腩?

材料:

  • 1茶匙鹽
  • 2磅牛腩片
  • 2湯匙淡醬油
  • 3杯水
  • 1茶匙糖
  • 1顆大蒜
  • 1湯匙五香粉
  • 2湯匙蜂蜜
  • 3根肉桂棒
  • 1湯匙芫荽籽
  • 1茶匙整顆黑胡椒
  • 5顆八角
  • 1顆洋蔥

製作說明:

  1. 在大鍋中加入水,放入五香粉、醬油、鹽、黑胡椒、肉桂棒和芫荽籽。將水煮沸。
  2. 水煮沸後,加入牛腩,煮30分鐘。
  3. 將洋蔥切碎,加入鍋中。將大蒜整顆放入鍋中。降低火力,小火煮1小時30分鐘。
  4. 當大部分水分蒸發,鍋中剩下濃稠的醬汁時,這是最重要的步驟,確保煮掉大部分液體。
  5. 加入糖和蜂蜜,攪拌均勻。
  6. 以小火再煮10分鐘。
  7. 將牛肉和醬汁與米飯一同享用。
