This is one of the most commonly found beef recipes in the restaurants of Hong Kong. The thinly sliced beef is marinated with corn flour and light soy sauce. The marinated beef slices are then cooked in water and oyster sauce after some time. Ingredients:

- 250 g Beef (slice thinly)
- 200 g Bok Choy
- Marinade;
- 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Corn Flour
- Sauce (mix well in a bowl);
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Corn Flour
- Stir Frying;
- 2-3 Tbsp Cooking Oil
- 20 g Garlic (minced)
- 20 g Ginger (minced)
