燒肉白菜

材料:

  • 2/3杯廣式燒肉
  • 2湯匙植物油
  • 1 1/3磅小白菜
  • 1/2茶匙鹽
  • 1/2茶匙蒜粉

製作說明:

  1. 將小白菜徹底清洗乾淨。
  2. 將廣式燒肉切丁。
  3. 加熱油,當油熱時加入燒肉,充分加熱後加入小白菜,不斷攪拌。
  4. 當小白菜稍微軟化時,讓其煨煮4分鐘後立即上桌。
