如何準備冬瓜湯配飯?

材料:

  • 200克豬絞肉
  • 1大片厚切火腿
  • 半碗細香蔥
  • 一把蝦米
  • 3-4朵中式香菇
  • 雞湯
  • 金華火腿(可選)
  • 1大片冬瓜,切片

製作說明:

  1. 這些是主要食材。將蝦米和香菇沖洗後浸泡至變軟。
  2. 將香菇切片,火腿切成小方塊。保存浸泡香菇和蝦米的水作為高湯備用。
  3. 冬瓜去皮,去除中間部分,切成小方塊。如果想省事,可以切成大塊或大片。
  4. 用中高火加少量油,煎金華火腿(如果有的話),至微微上色。加入絞肉,煮至八分熟,然後加入火腿丁。繼續煮火腿至微金黃色,但不要燒焦絞肉。
  5. 倒入香菇和蝦米的浸泡水,並加入蝦米和香菇。
  6. 加入雞湯或雞粉和熱水,直到覆蓋所有食材,煮沸。
  7. 水煮沸後,加入冬瓜,煮至冬瓜呈微透明狀,約5-8分鐘。
  8. 品嘗一下味道,如果需要,加入更多雞湯或雞粉。關火,加入細香蔥。將煮好的湯料倒在白米飯上(硬飯或隔夜飯最佳選擇)!完成!
