如何準備四喜豬肉?
材料:
1 1/2磅瘦豬肉
1杯水
2湯匙雪利酒
6湯匙老抽
2片薑
1根蔥
2湯匙糖
製作說明:
將豬肉放入沸水中煮1分鐘。瀝乾並用冷水沖洗。
將豬肉切成2英寸的方塊。
將豬肉和1杯水放入陶鍋或其他厚鍋中,將水煮沸。
加入雪利酒、醬油、薑片和蔥。
蓋緊鍋蓋,用小火燉煮2小時。
加入糖,轉大火煮,並不時將湯汁澆在肉上,直至醬汁裹在肉上。
可以提前準備,也可冷凍保存。食用前重新加熱即可。
