如何準備薑汁豬肉湯麵?

材料:

  • 1磅豬絞肉
  • 1/4杯麵包糠
  • 1顆大雞蛋,打散
  • 1湯匙水
  • 3瓣大蒜,切碎
  • 1湯匙磨碎的薑
  • 1/2茶匙紅辣椒碎
  • 猶太鹽
  • 新鮮黑胡椒粉
  • 3夸脫(12杯)低鈉雞湯
  • 1/4杯低鈉醬油
  • 1茶匙米醋
  • 1包12盎司No Yolks寬麵
  • 4杯嬰兒菠菜
  • 3根青蔥,切薄片
  • 酸橙角,供食用

製作說明:

  1. 製作肉丸: 在大碗中,加入豬絞肉、麵包糠、蛋、水、大蒜、薑和紅辣椒碎,並加鹽和黑胡椒調味。攪拌均勻後分成28個肉丸。將肉丸放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,並冷藏20分鐘。
