材料

  • 350克豬肉丸
  • 3公升雞高湯
  • 60毫升醬油
  • 1湯匙薑末
  • 1茶匙米醋
  • 400克無蛋特寬麵
  • 1公升嫩菠菜
  • 1/2茶匙紅辣椒碎片
  • 3根青蔥,切細絲
  • 青檸角,佐餐用

製作說明

  1. 取一大鍋,混合雞高湯、醬油、薑末與米醋,煮沸。
  2. 放入無蛋寬扁麵條,並加入豬肉丸。轉小火慢燉。
  3. 煮約15分鐘,期間不時攪拌,直至麵條軟化且肉丸完全熟透。
  4. 拌入嫩菠菜至略為萎軟,再依口味加入碎紅辣椒片調味。
  5. 將湯盛入碗中,撒上切碎的青蔥與青檸角點綴即可上桌。
