如何準備海鮮炒豬肉?
材料:
1磅無骨豬排,切成炒片
1湯匙海鮮醬
1湯匙玉米澱粉
2湯匙海鮮醬
1/4杯雞湯
1湯匙玉米澱粉
1湯匙米醋
1湯匙白糖
1茶匙紅辣椒碎(可根據口味調整)
1湯匙芝麻油
2瓣大蒜,切碎
2茶匙新鮮薑末
1根胡蘿蔔,去皮並切片
1個青椒,切片
1罐(4盎司)荸薺,瀝乾
2根青蔥,切片
製作說明:
將切片的豬肉、1湯匙海鮮醬和1湯匙玉米澱粉混合在碗中,備用。
在小碗中將剩餘的2湯匙海鮮醬、雞湯、1湯匙玉米澱粉、米醋、糖和紅辣椒碎混合均勻,備用。
