如何準備海鮮炒豬肉?

材料:

  • 1磅無骨豬排,切成炒片
  • 1湯匙海鮮醬
  • 1湯匙玉米澱粉
  • 2湯匙海鮮醬
  • 1/4杯雞湯
  • 1湯匙玉米澱粉
  • 1湯匙米醋
  • 1湯匙白糖
  • 1茶匙紅辣椒碎(可根據口味調整)
  • 1湯匙芝麻油
  • 2瓣大蒜,切碎
  • 2茶匙新鮮薑末
  • 1根胡蘿蔔,去皮並切片
  • 1個青椒,切片
  • 1罐(4盎司)荸薺,瀝乾
  • 2根青蔥,切片

製作說明:

  1. 將切片的豬肉、1湯匙海鮮醬和1湯匙玉米澱粉混合在碗中,備用。
