材料:
- 1 x OCEAN CATCH 新西蘭無骨去皮無骨無皮鱈魚片(4 片/包,440 克)
製作說明:
- 將冷凍的魚用冷水沖洗乾淨,然後拍幹並放在一個大盤子裡。
- 將空氣炸鍋預熱至 350 華氏度。
- 當你等待空氣炸鍋加熱時,在一個小碗裡混合鹽、香草、大蒜粉和胡椒粉。
- 將魚輕輕噴上油或將油擦入其中(兩面)。然後將香料混合物灑在魚的兩面。在每個魚片上也淋上一點檸檬汁。
