原料:

  • 4 龍蝦尾
  • 4湯匙無鹽黃油
  • 3瓣蒜末
  • 1湯匙檸檬汁
  • 1湯匙切碎的歐芹
  • 2湯匙橄欖油
  • 鹽和胡椒調味

方法

  1. 解凍龍蝦尾
  2. 用廚房剪刀從龍蝦殼頂部的中間直接剪開
  3. 輕輕打開外殼
  4. 將黃油、大蒜、檸檬汁、歐芹和橄欖油混合在一個碗中
  5. 將混合物倒入龍蝦殼中醃製
