原料:

  • 4 龍蝦尾
  • 4湯匙無鹽黃油
  • 3瓣蒜末
  • 1湯匙檸檬汁
  • 1湯匙切碎的歐芹
  • 2湯匙橄欖油
  • 鹽和胡椒調味

方法

  1. 解凍龍蝦尾
  2. 用廚房剪刀從龍蝦殼頂部的中間直接剪開
  3. 輕輕打開外殼
  4. 將黃油、大蒜、檸檬汁、歐芹和橄欖油混合在一個碗中
  5. 將混合物倒入龍蝦殼中醃製
  6. 烤箱預熱到200度
  7. 將龍蝦尾放在烤盤上放入烤箱

材料:

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

製作說明:

  1. Thaw the lobster tails.
  2. Use kitchen shears to cut straight from the middle of the top of lobster shell.
  3. Open up the shell gently.
  4. Combine the butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley & olive oil in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture into lobster shell to marinate.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degree.
  7. Place lobster tails on baking sheet into the oven.
  8. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the lobster tails are sturdy.
  9. Remove from oven and ready to serve!
