如何準備烤 CAJUN 雞胸肉?

澳洲天然雞胸肉(去皮去骨,400克)

準備時間: 20 分鐘/烹飪時間:25 分鐘/份量:4 份

原料:

4 x 澳大利亞天然雞胸肉(去皮和去骨,400 克)
1-2 湯匙 Cajun 調味料
1湯匙紅糖
1湯匙油我用橄欖油或菜籽油
1茶匙鹽或調味
可選大蒜黃油醬
2湯匙黃油
2瓣大蒜

方法:

1.預熱烤箱至450°F
2. 用肉槌或擀麵杖,將每塊雞胸肉的最厚處打至約 1.5 厘米。使它們的厚度都相同,以確保均勻烹飪。
2. 混合卡津調味料、紅糖和鹽(如果使用)。
3. 在烤盤上鋪上羊皮紙或鋁箔紙。或者,直接在烤盤中烘烤。
4. 將雞肉倒入鍋中,拌入調味料。淋上油並在各處塗抹調味料,使其均勻塗抹。
5. 在預熱的烤箱中烘烤雞肉約 18 分鐘,或使用速溶肉類溫度計直至內部溫度達到 165°F (75°C)。
6. 在烹飪的最後 2-3 分鐘,用高火烤至金黃色,邊緣開始焦糖化。
7. 從烤箱中取出烤盤。上菜前休息 5 分鐘。
對於可選的大蒜黃油:
在小平底鍋中融化黃油。加入大蒜並炒約 30 秒,但不要讓它變成褐色。將大蒜黃油與任何平底鍋汁混合,淋在雞肉上。
