燒烤醬烤豬裡肌牛排食譜

材料:

  • 2塊豬裡肌肉排
  • 2-3湯匙橄欖油
  • 1-2湯匙燒烤乾擦調味料(或用粗鹽和現磨黑胡椒代替調味)
  • ½ 杯燒烤醬,另加額外的食用醬

製作說明:

  1. 將肉拍乾。用橄欖油擦拭每塊豬排,並撒上燒烤擦,以調味(在每塊豬排的每一側使用約 1 茶匙橄欖油和 ½ 茶匙擦)。
  2. 將煤炭、瓦斯烤架或烤盤加熱至中高溫。在格柵上刷油以防止沾黏。將肉放在烤架上,每面煮約 5-6 分鐘(對於厚厚的無骨排骨)。當豬肉內部溫度達到 145° F 時,豬肉就熟了。
