如何準備燒烤醬烤豬腰肉排?

原料:

2 x 歐盟無激素豬腰肉排(約 2 厘米厚,每包 2 X 250 克)|新的
2-3湯匙橄欖油
1-2 湯匙燒烤乾擦調味料(或僅用粗鹽和現磨黑胡椒代替)
½ 杯燒烤醬,加上額外的服務

方法:

1. 將肉拍幹。用橄欖油擦拭每塊排骨並撒上燒烤油,以品嚐(在每塊豬排的每一面使用約 1 茶匙橄欖油和 ½ 茶匙油)。
2. 將煤、燃氣烤架或烤盤加熱至中高溫。用油刷格柵以防止粘連。將肉放在烤架上,每面烤 5-6 分鐘(用於厚無骨排骨)。當內部溫度達到 145° F 時,豬肉就熟了。在最後 3 分鐘內塗上燒烤醬。
3. 將排骨轉移到砧板上,靜置 5 分鐘。與額外的醬汁一起食用。
