2 x OCEAN CATCH 荷蘭帶皮鱸魚片(2 塊)
2.67 瓣大蒜
1.33大青辣椒
2.67 湯匙 食用油
2.67 湯匙檸檬汁
0.67 茶匙 卡羅姆粉
1.33 湯匙香菜粉
1.33 茶匙孜然粉
0.67茶匙紅辣椒粉

方法:

1. 在攪拌機中加入蒜瓣、青辣椒、油和檸檬汁。把它們混合在一起。
