如何準備牛肉碎和餡餅?

新西蘭優質草飼超瘦牛肉碎(~85% VL,500 克)

準備時間:15 分鐘/烹飪時間:25-30 分鐘/份量:4 份

原料:

2 包新西蘭優質草飼超瘦牛肉碎(~85% VL,500 克)
1公斤新土豆,四分之一
3 湯匙 橄欖油,加上額外的毛毛雨
2 個洋蔥,磨碎
3根胡蘿蔔,磨碎
2根芹菜條,切碎
4 湯匙 麵粉
550毫升牛肉高湯
3 湯匙 伍斯特沙司
一把切碎的新鮮平葉歐芹

方法:

1. 將烤箱加熱至 200°C/180°C 風扇/燃氣 6. 將土豆鋪在大烤盤上,加入 2 湯匙橄欖油、鹽和胡椒粉,然後放在烤箱的高架上烤25-30 分鐘直至呈金黃色。

2. 同時,在耐熱砂鍋中加熱剩餘的油,然後將洋蔥與胡蘿蔔、芹菜和牛肉碎一起炒 5 分鐘至褐色。加入麵粉,然後加入高湯和伍斯特沙司。在烤箱的中間架子上不加蓋地烹飪 15-20 分鐘。

3. 從烤箱中取出土豆和肉末混合物。將土豆和歐芹一起攪拌,撒在肉末上即可食用。
