如何用芥末辣根奶油製作牛里脊肉串?

原料:

2 X 新西蘭優質草飼牛里脊肉丁 (350 克)
20 x 3 英寸迷迭香莖,去除葉子
1/4 杯橄欖油
1湯匙包裝淡紅糖
1 湯匙伍斯特沙司
1湯匙包裝淡紅糖
2 茶匙芥末粉
2 茶匙孜然粉
1茶匙粗鹽
1/2 茶匙黑胡椒粉
5 瓣大蒜,搗碎並切碎 1/4 杯橄欖油
2 個小酸橙,榨汁

芥末辣根奶油:
1 杯酸奶油
1/3 杯準備好的辣根
2湯匙辣芥末
1/4 茶匙鹽
捏黑胡椒粉

方法:

1. 里脊肉串:取肉丁,將迷迭香小枝插入肉塊中,加入串肉串中。放入淺盤中備用。
2. 在一個小碗中,攪拌混合橄欖油、淡紅糖、伍斯特沙司、芥末粉、孜然、鹽、胡椒、大蒜和酸橙汁。把醃料倒在肉上,確保把所有的肉片都塗上。蓋上蓋子醃至少 30 分鐘。
