HOW TO PREPARE BLACK ANGUS MINI CRUSTED ROAST?
AUSTRALIAN PREMIUM BLACK ANGUS RIBEYE MINI ROAST OR THICK-CUT STEAK (SCOTCH FILLET, MS 2+, ~7CM THICKNESS, 1KG)

1 x AUSTRALIAN PREMIUM BLACK ANGUS RIBEYE MINI ROAST OR THICK-CUT STEAK (SCOTCH FILLET, MS 2+, ~7CM THICKNESS, 1KG)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
0.4 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
0.4 teaspoon garlic powder
0.4 teaspoon onion powder
0.4 teaspoon kosher salt
0.2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
0.2 teaspoon dry mustard
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
2. Combine all of the spices in a small bowl. Either crush with a pestle or grind with a food processor. Coat the meat with the mixture.
3. Place the roast on a wire rack inside a shallow baking dish. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then reduce the oven to 325 degrees & bake for an hour or until an instant read thermometer reads 135 to 140 degrees.
4. Remove from the oven &tent with tin foil for 15 minutes. Then slice in thin pieces and serve.
