材料

  • 1 公斤黑安格斯肉眼烤牛肉
  • 1 茶匙乾牛至
  • 1 茶匙乾百里香
  • 0.4 茶匙碾碎的乾迷迭香
  • 0.4 茶匙大蒜粉
  • 0.4 茶匙洋蔥粉
  • 0.4 茶匙食鹽
  • 0.2 茶匙粗磨黑胡椒
  • 0.2 茶匙乾芥末

製作說明

  1. 將烤箱預熱至 450 度。
  2. 將所有香料放入一個小碗中。 用杵碾碎或用食物處理機磨碎。 將混合物塗在肉上。
  3. 將烤肉放在淺烤盤內的鐵架上。 用 450 度烤 15 分鐘。 然後將烤箱溫度降至 325 度，再烘烤一小時，直到即時讀數溫度計讀數達到 135 至 140 度。
  4. 從烤箱中取出，用錫箔紙遮蓋 15 分鐘。 然後切成薄片上桌。 適合搭配烤馬鈴薯和蔬菜。
