澳洲特級黑安格斯西冷牛排(沙朗,MS 2+,~2.5CM 厚,400G)

原料:

1 x 澳大利亞優質黑安格斯西冷牛排(牛腰肉,MS 2+,約 2.5 厘米厚,400 克)切成細條
1½ 湯匙特級初榨油或葵花籽油
2 個黃椒,去籽並切成薄片
2 個紅辣椒,去籽並切成薄片
2 個紅洋蔥,切成薄片
1 茶匙孜然粉
1 茶匙香菜粉
1茶匙煙熏辣椒粉
400 克錫紅芸豆,瀝乾並沖洗乾淨
200 克/7 盎司聖女果,減半
1 條長紅辣椒,切碎,或 ½ 茶匙乾辣椒片
25 克/1 盎司新鮮香菜,切碎,加上額外的裝飾
石灰楔子,用於擠壓
4 x 40 克/1½oz 白色或全麥麵粉玉米餅,加熱後食用
2 顆 Little Gem 生菜,修剪和切碎,上菜
6 湯匙天然酸奶,服務

方法:

1. 用胡椒調味牛肉。在大的不粘煎鍋中加熱半湯匙油,然後將牛肉炒 1.5 分鐘,或直至牛肉略呈褐色但尚未完全煮熟。倒在盤子裡,放在一邊,把鍋放回火上。
