製作說明
- 使用攪拌機以簡化準備過程,開機後將大蒜丟入攪拌機,攪拌至切碎。加入鼠尾草、百里香、橄欖油、鹽和黑胡椒,繼續攪拌至形成糊狀。
- 用廚房紙巾將肉拍乾。將香草糊均勻地塗抹在肉的表面。蓋好,放入冰箱冷藏至少3小時。(可提前1天準備,保持冷藏狀態。)
- 將烤箱預熱至450°F(約232°C)。將肉的脂肪面朝上放在烤盤的烤架上。烤15分鐘後,將烤箱溫度降低至350°F(約176°C)。繼續烤至插入肉最厚部分的即時溫度計顯示130°F(約54°C)為三分熟,約35分鐘(或至140°F(約60°C)為五分熟,約40分鐘)。從烤箱取出,靜置20分鐘。橫切成約1/3英寸厚的片。將肉片排列在拼盤上。
- 搭配各種混合蔬菜和烤馬鈴薯一起上桌享用。
