如何準備西蘭花和花椰菜焗烤?
材料:
麵包醬料
花椰菜/西蘭花餡料
製作說明:
- 將西蘭花混合煮沸約3-4分鐘,直到稍微軟化。
- 在平底鍋中結合並烹煮所有醬料材料,製作奶油醬。
- 將花椰菜、西蘭花和起司拌入奶油醬中。
- 製作麵包屑 topping,將麵包放入食物處理器中切碎。
- 將西蘭花/花椰菜/醬料混合物倒入烤盤中,並在上面撒上麵包屑。
- 在425°F(約220°C)下烤15-20分鐘。
