如何準備辣椒香菜牛油大蝦?😍😍🌈🌈

多汁的大蝦裹著誘人的椰子、辣椒和香料。只需簡單地燒烤、上桌,即可品嚐美味

產品

準備時間:20 分鐘 / 烹製時間:10 分鐘 / 供 2 人食用

配料

500 克醃製大蝦

1/8 杯(30 毫升)椰子油,融化

1 束香菜,葉切碎,外加備用葉

檸檬皮和檸檬汁,備用

製作方法

沿大蝦背部切開呈蝴蝶狀去除蝦脈並丟棄

在一個大碗中加入椰子油和切碎的香菜

加入大蝦,翻炒均勻。蓋上蓋子醃製 15 分鐘

將烤箱烤架預熱至高火。將大蝦蝦殼朝下放在烤盤上,烤 8 分鐘直至略微金黃和剛剛熟透(注意不要烤過頭)。

將大蝦放在盤子裡,撒上香菜葉,並立即與檸檬皮和檸檬片一起上桌

配上青番茄沙拉,味道更佳
