如何用鱷梨沙拉製作玉米餅?

原料:

半袋歐洲有機甜玉米 (450G) | 10% 折扣
自發麵粉 50g
1 雞蛋 , 毆打
一束蔥,修剪並切碎
1 鱷梨 , 切成小塊
1 顆青檸,½ 榨汁,其餘切成 4 份
一把香菜葉,切碎
1-2湯匙植物油
炸豆泥,上菜

方法:

1. 在一個碗裡,將麵粉、雞蛋、玉米和一半洋蔥與一些調味料混合,然後拌勻。將鱷梨與剩餘的洋蔥、酸橙汁、香菜和調味料混合,然後放在一邊。
2. 在不粘煎鍋中加熱 1 湯匙油。將湯匙玉米混合物倒入煎鍋中,將它們弄平以形成蛋糕。用中火每面煎約 2-3 分鐘,如果需要,加入剩餘的油。與鱷梨莎莎醬、酸橙角和一些熱豆泥一起趁熱食用。
