如何準備奶油蘑菇和菠菜意大利面?

歐洲有機切碎菠菜 (400G)

原料:

歐洲有機切碎菠菜半袋(400克)
2 湯匙 橄欖油
1 個小洋蔥,切碎
150 克小蘑菇,減半
150克意大利面
2 瓣大蒜,壓碎
200 克低脂鮮奶油
15 克巴馬干酪或素食替代品,磨碎
½ 茶匙 辣椒片 (可選)

方法:

1. 在中型平底鍋中用中火加熱油,然後將洋蔥和蘑菇炒 10 分鐘,或直至變軟並略微變成褐色。同時,按照包裝說明烹製意大利面。
2. 將大蒜和蘑菇一起放入鍋中,再煮 2 分鐘。倒入法式酸奶油和帕瑪森乾酪,攪拌混合,然後加入嫩菠菜。擱置。
3. 將意大利面從火上取下並瀝乾水分,保留 25 毫升的水。將意大利面倒入奶油蘑菇醬中,放回火上,用小火煮至菠菜變軟,大約 5 分鐘。倒入足夠的預留水,使其稍微鬆動。用黑胡椒調味,最後撒上辣椒片,如果你喜歡的話。
