如何準備脆皮大蒜雞腿?

原料:

2 包澳大利亞天然雞腿肉(去皮和去骨,400 克)
1茶匙大蒜粉(如果你是大蒜愛好者則需要2茶匙)
鹽和胡椒
1 湯匙 橄欖油
1/2 杯/125 毫升幹白葡萄酒(或肉湯或水)
25 克/2 湯匙無鹽黃油
2 大蒜瓣 ,剁碎的

方法:

1. 在雞肉兩面撒上蒜粉、鹽和胡椒粉。
