香脆的烤五花肉食譜

製作說明
- 將烤箱預熱至180°C(350°F)。
- 使用一把小而鋒利的刀,在豬皮上劃出1公分間距的刀痕。
- 用紙巾將豬皮拍乾。將鹽和橄欖油擦入豬皮和切口中。
- 將豬肉皮朝下放在烤盤上,烤1小時30分鐘。
- 從烤箱中取出豬肉,並將烤箱溫度調高至220°C(425°F)。
- 快速操作,將洋蔥和檸檬擺放在烤盤上,與豬肉一起。將豬肉翻面,放在洋蔥和檸檬上。繼續烤20至30分鐘,或直到豬皮金黃酥脆,肉質變嫩為止。
