準備時間: 10分鐘

烹飪時間: 12 分鐘

原料:

  • 4個 豬排 入骨或出骨
  • 鹽和胡椒, 調味
  • 1個 茶匙 蒜粉
  • 2個 湯匙 橄欖油
  • 1個 湯匙 無鹽黃油
  • 6個 丁香 大蒜, 剁碎
  • 1/4 杯子 蜂蜜
  • 1/4 杯子  (或雞湯)
  • 2個 湯匙 米酒醋 (或蘋果醋,或任何白醋)

    指示:

    1. 用中高溫預熱烤箱烤肉機(或烤架)。在烹飪前用鹽、胡椒粉和大蒜粉給排骨調味。
    2. 在平底鍋或平底鍋中用中高溫加熱油,直到變熱。將排骨兩面煎至金黃並煮熟(每面約 4-5 分鐘)。轉移到盤子裡;擱置。
