  • 4個 豬排 入骨或出骨
  • 鹽和胡椒, 調味
  • 1個 茶匙 蒜粉
  • 2個 湯匙 橄欖油
  • 1個 湯匙 無鹽黃油
  • 6個 丁香 大蒜, 剁碎
  • 1/4 杯子 蜂蜜

    指示:

    1. 用中高溫預熱烤箱烤肉機(或烤架)。在烹飪前用鹽、胡椒粉和大蒜粉給排骨調味。
