原料:

  • 4 塊 striploin 牛排
  • 4 瓣大蒜,搗碎
  • 4湯匙黃油
  • 2湯匙橄欖油
  • 1/2茶匙鹽
  • 碎黑胡椒

醬:

  • 1/2杯飲用紅酒
  • 迷迭香碎
  • 1/2 茶匙黑胡椒粉

指示:

  1. 將牛排取出,室溫放置 30-40 分鐘。
  2. 在牛排兩面塗上橄欖油、鹽和胡椒粉。
  3. 用高溫預熱平底鍋。
