腹脅牛排拌薯蓉莎莎醬食譜

材料
製作說明
- 在碗中加入蒜末、2 湯匙(30毫升)橄欖油、芥末和少許黑胡椒。 攪拌均勻。
- 將牛扒放入淺盤中,淋上醃泡汁。 確保充分塗滿牛排。 蓋上盤子,放入冰箱冷藏 1 小時,讓味道充分融合。
- 在醃製牛排的同時,將未去皮的馬鈴薯放入沸水中煮約 12 分鐘,直到馬鈴薯變軟。 煮熟後撈出晾涼。
- 馬鈴薯冷卻後,放在砧板上。 用叉子或手輕輕按壓每個馬鈴薯,使其表皮破裂並稍微壓平。
- 以中火加熱煎鍋,加入 2 湯匙 (30毫升) 橄欖油,將壓扁的馬鈴薯放入鍋中。 兩面各煎幾分鐘,直到變成金黃色。 離火,擱置一旁。
- 在另一個碗中,將番茄丁、紅洋蔥、切碎的歐芹、蒜蓉和剩餘的80毫升橄欖油混合,製成莎莎醬。 依個人口味加入鹽和胡椒調味。
- 用大火預熱烤架或烤盤。 將牛排從醃泡汁中取出,丟棄多餘的醃泡汁。 將牛排放在烤架上,每面烤約 6 分鐘,以達到中熟的程度。 如果您喜歡牛排熟一點,可以每面多烤幾分鐘。 烤熟後,將牛排從烤架上取下,靜置 5 分鐘,讓肉汁重新分佈。
- 靜置後,逆著紋理將牛排切成薄片。
- 將切好的牛排與煎好的薯蓉和莎莎醬一起上桌。
