- 葡萄切半。切碎小蔥。小心地用一把鋒利的刀在鴨胸上的皮膚上劃出對角線圖案,在胸上形成菱形圖案,然後用鹽調味。
- 將烤箱預熱至 180°C/350°F。將鴨胸肉放在冷、幹的平底鍋中,皮面朝下。把火調到中火,讓它慢慢升溫。在皮膚變脆之前不要移動鴨獸,大約。 5分鐘。把火調小,把鴨胸肉翻過來,在另一邊煎約 3 分鐘。 2 – 3 分鐘從平底鍋中取出鴨胸並轉移到烤盤上。
