- 將烤箱預熱至400°F(約200°C)。將烤架移至烤箱中間位置。用廚房紙巾將雞腿擦乾,並在表面均勻撒上鹽和黑胡椒調味。
- 在一個10英寸的鑄鐵平底鍋中,用中火加熱橄欖油。將雞腿皮面朝下放入鍋中,煎至皮膚呈金黃色且酥脆,約需5分鐘(此時雞腿尚未完全熟透)。
- 當雞皮變得酥脆後,將雞腿翻面。如果雞腿釋放出大量油脂,可用湯匙將多餘的油脂去除。
