如何準備大蒜黃油豬排?

材料:

  • 2塊豬排
  • 粗鹽
  • 黑胡椒粉
  • 1大匙食用油
  • 2大匙無鹽奶油,融化
  • 3 小枝百里香
  • 4 瓣 大蒜
  • 1 撮 鹽
  • 檸檬片

製作說明:

  1. 用鹽和黑胡椒粉給豬排兩面調味。
  2. 用中高火加熱煎鍋。加入食用油、融化的奶油和百里香。將豬排煎至每面約 3 分鐘,或直到表面變成淺金黃色。
  3. 將大蒜加入煎鍋中。繼續翻轉豬排,將大蒜炒至淺棕色。加少許鹽。將豬排從火上移開,立即與檸檬角一起食用。
