如何準備草飼西冷牛排三明治?

原料:

牛排
2 X 新西蘭優質草飼西冷牛排(里脊肉,約 2 厘米|2.5 厘米厚,280 克 | 350 克)
3 瓣大蒜,壓碎
汁 1 酸橙
1 湯匙特級初榨橄欖油
4 根百里香小枝,剝去葉子
1 條法式長棍麵包,切成 4 塊
對於敷料
1 個紅辣椒
1 紅辣椒
1 個紅洋蔥,切成厚片
1個大番茄
果汁 ½ 青檸
1 湯匙特級初榨橄欖油
¼ 茶匙 孜然籽

方法:
