材料

  • 3 磅(約 1.5 公斤)法蘭克切法牛小排
  • 猶太鹽和現磨黑胡椒
  • 2 茶匙 蒜粉
  • 2 茶匙 甜紅椒粉
  • 適量 鱗片海鹽,用於撒在表面

製作說明

  1. 在烤架上準備中大火。
  2. 用猶太鹽和黑胡椒調味牛小排,然後均勻撒上蒜粉和甜紅椒粉。將牛小排排放在烤架上,烤約每面3分鐘,翻面一次,直到表面焦香且熟透。
  3. 將烤好的牛小排移至切肉板,蓋上鋁箔稍微覆蓋,靜置5分鐘。
  4. 將牛小排擺放在盤子上,撒上鱗片海鹽,即可上桌享用。
