材料

  • 2瓣大蒜,壓碎
  • 1湯匙新鮮迷迭香葉
  • 1茶匙新鮮百里香葉
  • 少許紅椒粉(辣椒粉)
  • 適量海鹽(粗鹽)
  • 2湯匙特級初榨橄欖油
  • 6塊羊排,約3/4英吋厚

製作說明

  1. 將金屬刀片裝入食物處理機中,加入大蒜、迷迭香、百里香、紅椒粉和海鹽。按動幾下攪拌至混合。倒入橄欖油,繼續按動至形成糊狀。將醃料均勻塗抹在羊排的兩面,並放入冰箱醃製至少1小時。從冰箱取出後,讓羊排回溫至室溫,大約需20分鐘。
  2. 將烤盤加熱至高溫,直到幾乎冒煙,放入羊排,每面煎約2分鐘。翻面後繼續煎3分鐘為三分熟,煎3分半鐘則為五分熟。
