海洋捕撈美國龍蝦尾(2隻龍蝦尾)
材料
製作說明
- 預熱烤架或烤盤至中火。在小碗中混合融化奶油、檸檬汁、檸檬皮屑、細香蔥、歐芹、大蒜和鹽,攪拌均勻備用。
- 使用廚房剪刀,從龍蝦尾殼的上方剪開至肉質部分。接著用刀沿著中線將肉劃開至一半深(不要切斷)。在龍蝦肉中間插入一根竹籤,以防烹煮時龍蝦尾捲曲。
- 全身刷上橄欖油,並用鹽與黑胡椒調味。將龍蝦肉面朝下放上烤架,烤至表面略帶焦痕,約 6 分鐘。翻面後,在肉面上舀上一勺奶油混合醬,再烤約 5 分鐘,直到龍蝦完全熟透。
- 從烤架取出龍蝦,灑上紅辣椒碎。搭配檸檬角一起享用。
