香草蒜香烤蝦食譜
由 Aussie Meat
鮮嫩多汁的特大澳洲大蝦剖半後烤至金黃焦香,塗抹上香氣濃郁的龍蒿蒜香奶油,最後撒上清新酸香的萊姆鹽點綴提味。
材料
製作說明
- 將牛油、蒜頭、龍蒿及辣椒放入碗中,拌勻。
- 將大蝦縱向切半並清理乾淨。
- 把牛油混合物塗在蝦肉上,然後放在金屬烤盤上。
- 將海鹽與青檸皮屑混合,撒在大蝦上。
- 放在高溫烤爐下烤2–3分鐘,或直到金黃並完全熟透。
- 上桌時搭配額外融化蒜香牛油及新鮮青檸角。
