製作說明
- 將羅勒葉、大蒜、松子、帕瑪森起司和橄欖油放入攪拌機中攪拌至順滑,製作成青醬。依個人口味加入適量鹽與黑胡椒調味,備用。
- 將烤箱預熱至華氏 375 度(約攝氏 190 度)。
- 將鯛魚柳用鹽與黑胡椒調味。
- 在大平底鍋中以中高火加熱橄欖油。
- 放入鯛魚柳,每面煎 3 至 4 分鐘,或煎至金黃色。
- 將煎好的魚柳轉移至烤盤中,放入烤箱烘烤 5 至 7 分鐘,或直到魚肉完全熟透。
- 在一個小碗中,將青醬加入一湯匙清水拌勻,使其略為稀釋。
- 將青醬淋在烤好的魚柳上。
- 可依喜好搭配新鮮香草或檸檬片裝飾,即可享用。
