製作說明
- 將大蒜剁碎,橄欖和醃製蓮子粗略切碎。將橄欖油加熱在鍋中,加入橄欖和醃製蓮子,翻炒約 2 分鐘,或直到大蒜變軟且散發香氣。
- 加入碎番茄,並加少許鹽調味(由於橄欖和醃製蓮子已經很鹹,所以鹽不用加太多!),再加胡椒粉和紅椒片,繼續燉煮。
- 從冰箱中取出比目魚,將每片魚柳放在單獨的一塊鋁箔上。將醬汁舀在每片魚柳上,將魚肉完全覆蓋。封好鋁箔袋,頂部留一點空間以便蒸氣散發。將包好的魚柳放在烤盤上,放入烤箱,烤 18 分鐘。
- 此時,醬汁應該仍在燉煮中。加入大部分切碎的香菜,留一些作為裝飾。
- 根據義大利麵包裝上的說明,煮熟你的義大利麵或林古尼麵條。當麵條煮至「咬勁十足」時,瀝乾並加入醬汁中。
- 當比目魚烤熟並能輕鬆撕開時,從烤箱中取出。
- 將義大利麵和魚柳放在盤子中,撒上香菜裝飾,即可享用。
