材料

  • 2 湯匙檸檬汁
  • 1 湯匙融化奶油
  • 1/2 茶匙乾百里香
  • 1/2 茶匙檸檬皮屑
  • 1/4 茶匙鹽
  • 1/4 茶匙紅椒粉
  • 1/8 茶匙大蒜粉
  • 4 片橙花鯛魚柳(每片 6 盎司)

製作說明

  1. 在一個小淺碗中,將前七種材料混合均勻,將魚柳的兩面浸入檸檬混合物中。
  2. 輕輕塗抹烤架上的油。將魚柳放在中高火的烤架上蓋上蓋子烤,或放在離火源 4 英寸(約 10 公分)的燒烤爐中,烤 5 至 10 分鐘,直到魚肉用叉子輕鬆剝開為止。
