- 6 顆大塊土豆(如 Maris Piper、King Edward、Desirée 品種,約 1.6 公斤)
製作說明
- 按照包裝上的指示煮熟經典香脆鱸魚柳,同時準備簡單的自製薯條。
- 將烤箱預熱至 200°C / 180°C 風扇模式 / 瓦斯 6。去皮後將土豆切成長條形——厚度可以根據個人口味調整,但建議寬度約為手指的大小。用冷水沖洗,然後用茶巾擦乾。
- 將薯條均勻地放在大不粘烤盤上,與橄欖油和芹菜鹽拌勻。將薯條平鋪在單層上——最好使用兩個烤盤,以免擠在一起。
- 烤 45-50 分鐘,中途翻動幾次。當薯條熟透時,應該呈金黃色且外脆內軟。撒上海鹽作為裝飾。
- 將自製薯條與經典香脆鱸魚柳一同上桌。
