材料

  • 6 片經典香脆鱸魚柳
  • 1 罐(425 克)糖漿浸泡菠蘿塊,瀝乾並保留糖漿
  • 2 湯匙番茄醬

製作說明

  1. 按照包裝上的指示煮熟經典香脆鱸魚柳,同時準備簡單的甜酸蔬菜。
  2. 將保留的菠蘿糖漿倒入深煎鍋中,加入番茄醬、紅糖和麥芽醋,攪拌均勻並煮沸。加入冷凍炒菜蔬菜和菠蘿塊,混合均勻,蓋上鍋蓋,繼續煮沸。
  3. 將玉米粉與 2 湯匙冷水混合,並攪拌入蔬菜中。繼續烹煮,直到蔬菜既脆嫩又熟透。將煮好的蔬菜和醬汁淋在已烤好的鱸魚柳上,即可上桌。
