製作說明
- 按照包裝上的指示,根據所選的烹飪方法煮熟 Ocean Catch Hoki 天婦羅外衣鱸魚柳,同時準備薄荷豌豆。
- 在鍋中,加入切碎的洋蔥,用油或奶油翻炒幾分鐘,直到洋蔥變透明。
- 加入綠豌豆,並加足夠的水剛好蓋過豌豆。
- 根據口味加入鹽和胡椒,讓豌豆慢燉約 5 至 7 分鐘,直到豌豆變軟但不爛。
- 當豌豆熟軟後,加入切碎的薄荷或乾薄荷。
- 將薄荷豌豆作為配菜,與裹粉的魚柳一起上桌。
