如何準備霍基魚柳條搭配薯角與蒔蘿高麗菜沙拉?

製作說明:
- 按照包裝上的說明烹調 Ocean Catch 魚柳條,與熱狗一同準備。
- 將烤箱預熱至200°C(風扇180°C,燃氣6檔)。在一個碗中,將紅薯楔形塊與葵花籽油、1茶匙鹽和1/4茶匙黑胡椒拌勻。將紅薯塊轉移到烤盤上,烤25-30分鐘,中途翻面一次,直到楔形塊變得酥脆且呈金黃色。
- 同時,製作捲心菜沙拉。去除紫甘藍的白色硬芯並丟棄。將葉片盡量切成細絲,放入一個大碗中,加入紅洋蔥和酸黃瓜。
- 在另一個碗中,將希臘優格或美乃滋與蒔蘿和2湯匙酸黃瓜的醃漬液混合。將醬汁倒入紫甘藍混合物中,充分攪拌,讓所有食材都均勻裹上醬汁,然後放一旁備用。
